Your safety in the Toolbox
Crisis contacts: please note that SAFA, and the Self-Care Toolbox don’t provide emergency or crisis care.
In case of a emergency call 999 or 111 for a non-emergency medical problem. You might also wish to contact one of the national services listed below to provide immediate support if you are in crisis.
We want to make the Toolbox a safe space for everyone, whilst openly and honestly addressing the challenges of mental health, and information and support for wellbeing.
Every so often you will see Trigger Warnings on the Toolbox site (unless you have turned them off) to indicate where content might be particularly sensitive or challenging. If you are upset or concerned about any of the content in the Toolbox, you can contact us – by name or anonymously – using the Feedback form here which is also linked at the bottom of every page.
