Self Care is different for everyone… What is self care to you?
✔️ At what times do you feel most calm?
✔️ When do you feel supported? Loved and cared for?
✔️ What does self-love mean for you?
Grab a piece of paper or a notepad and list the things that are important to making you feel loved. Here are a few examples of things people have drawn and wrote that they love and make them feel loved:

2. Get a pen and paper and try drawing your view of self-care. It will be great if you can send it to us. We can share your work to support others. You don’t have to be an artist!
