Do One Thing. Choose something to do. Do it mindfully. How long for? 20 minutes!
Distract yourself with pleasurable activities:
1. Talk to a friend on the telephone
2. Get out of your house: go for a walk or sit outside
3. Eat your favourite ice cream or favourite food
4. Exercise or stretch your muscles
5. Find something funny to watch on YouTube
6. Go for a swim
7. Watch a movie (start collecting funny films you like for when you are in distress)
8. Play a game on your phone or a puzzle book
9. Take photographs
10. Put on your favourite music or a podcast!
